Who We Are

Welcome to the official website of Dina Palma Dias, a visual artist.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on this site, we collect the information entered in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This helps us detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (known as a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside your comment.

Cookies

For Comments: If you leave a comment, you can opt to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter your details when leaving another comment. These cookies last for one year.

For Login:

-> When visiting the login page, a temporary cookie is set to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
-> Upon logging in, cookies are set to save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your session will persist for two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

For Editing or Publishing: If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply records the ID of the content you edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, or articles). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the originating website.

These external sites may:

-> Collect data about you.
-> Use cookies.
-> Embed third-party tracking.
-> Monitor your interactions with the embedded content, especially if you have an account and are logged in on that site.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Comments: When you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them for moderation.

Registered Users: For users who register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except for their username. Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that we erase your data.

Note: This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
