Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while reflecting the nature of our unique, handmade products. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return:

-> Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
-> Customized or personalized items (such as illustrations created for specific dates or events) are non-refundable unless defective.

Non-returnable items include:

-> Gift cards
-> Digital downloads
-> Custom or commissioned artworks

To process your return, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

-> Verify your bank account and credit card statement.
-> Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at desenhoadias@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue.


Customized Artwork

Due to the personalized nature of commissioned illustrations or custom ceramic pieces, refunds or returns are not available for these items unless they are damaged during transit or arrive with significant defects.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, please email desenhoadias@gmail.com for further details on the return address.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For returns of high-value items, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the package reaches me safely.
